Sign in without a password
- On the sign-in page, ask for a sign-in link or a 6-digit code by email instead of typing your password.
- Each link or code works once and expires after a short time.
Two-factor authentication
- In Settings → Security, enable two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Save the recovery codes somewhere safe – they are the spare key if you lose your phone.
- From then on, each sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app as a second step.
Sessions that actually log out
- Settings → Activity lists every device signed in to your account.
- Sign out of any device from that list, or choose “Sign out everywhere else” – including devices you forgot about.
Check your account activity
- The activity history lists sign-ins, uploads, shares and account changes, with the IP address and device of each.
- New sign-ins also trigger an email alert, so you notice one you do not recognise.
- Activity is kept for 12 months.
Change your password or email address
- Change your password in Settings → Security. You need your current password to confirm.
- Change your email address in Settings → Profile. You need your current password, and the new address has to be verified again.
Delete your account
- In Settings → Profile, choose “Delete account” and confirm with the 6-digit code we email you – or with your authenticator code if two-factor authentication is on.
- Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: your files, folders, albums and share links are erased at once.
- Download anything you want to keep first. Activity logs are kept for 12 months, as described in the Privacy Policy.
