How do I recover a deleted file?

Open Deleted in the sidebar and choose Restore next to each item you need. Deleted items stay 30 days before they are removed for good.

How long does the trash keep files?

Deleted items stay 30 days, then they are removed for good. “Empty trash” is immediate and permanent: MERCI! asks you to confirm first.

Do people need an account to open my link?

No. Anyone with the complete link can download the file until the link expires, without a MERCI! account.

Do I need an app?

No. MERCI! works in your web browser today; the iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. App availability

How do shared albums work?

Create an album, invite people by email and choose who can add photos and videos. Everything in it counts toward the creator’s storage. Shared albums

How do storage tiers work?

Paid tiers are coming soon: each will add 5 GB to 250 GB to your account’s free quota for a monthly price, with the same features.

How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page – the reset link sent to your email is valid for one hour. Reset password
